All Eon Neon signs are made with LED lights. There are so many reasons to own an LED neon sign over the traditional glass tube neon signs.

Price - LED neon signs are considerably less expensive to purchase, and the savings is even much more significant over the life of the neon sign.

Brightness - LED neon signs are very bright and clear in comparison, especially from further distances. 

Energy-Efficiency - LED neon signs use very little power, comparable to a standard LED light bulb, making them much more eco-friendly than the traditional glass tube neon signs.

Maintenance - LED neon signs do not require expensive maintenance since there is no neon gas, glass tubes, etc. that requires replenishment or replacement from a specialist. With LED neon signs, all you need to do is occasionally dust with a soft, dry cloth. 

Space - LED neon signs are much thinner and take up less space than the more bulky glass tube neon signs. 

Easy Installation - LED neon signs are much lighter and can be installed as easy as hanging a picture frame.

Each custom order is handmade by one of our craftsman. 

Custom orders usually take up to a week to ship. Total shipping time from date of purchase to delivery is typically 1-2 weeks.

This will vary depending on usage. With normal use, our LED neon signs can last up to 10 years or more.

To improve lifespan, do not leave your neon sign powered on at all times. 

Always unplug the neon sign before cleaning or dusting. Be sure to only use a soft, dry cloth or feather duster.

Shipping time varies depending on delivery location and whether you're placing a custom order or purchasing one of our existing designs. 

Custom orders are handmade by our craftsmen and typically take 1-3 days to produce. Within 48 hours of production, your order will be shipped and typically take up to a week for you to receive.

We want you to have peace of mind when purchasing from us. We stand by our products and offer a 1-year warranty on all of our products. Any issues due to user mistreatment will void all warranties.

Custom Neon Signs

Due to the uniqueness of custom signs, all custom orders are final. 

Neon Signs from Our Catalog

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the day of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, please use the Contact page or email us at support@eonneon.com for more details. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to cover all return shipping costs. 

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

To cancel orders, please use the Contact page or email us at support@eonneon.com within 12 hours of time of purchase. 

If more than 12 hours have passed, please refer to our Refund Policy. 

To modify orders, please visit our Contact page or email us at support@eonneon.com within 12 hours of time of purchase. During this window, you may request a color change or another sign of the same value. 

After this period, we are unable to modify orders and you will need to refer to our Refund Policy.  

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and fill out the Damage Products form within 48 hours of time of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can take care of you!

Each neon sign is created individually by hand. For this reason, your product may not match the photos 100%. By purchasing one of our neon signs, you understand and agree that there may be slight variations in the product.
